Britain's biggest professional cycle race will pass through Beyton on Wed 3 Sep 2025.

The Tour of Britain is a 6-day event for men, starting in Woodbridge on 2 Sep and finishing in Wales on 7 Sep.  ITV4 and ITVX will be covering the event in full.

Stage 2 starts and finishes in Stowmarket on Wed 3 Sep 2025.  That day the 173.7km (108 mile) course takes in Eye, Walsham le Willows, Thurston, Beyton, Sudbury, E Bergholt and Hadleigh.

Beyton is about half way and riders are expected around 1.15 pm.  The route through the village brings them eastbound along Bury Road before turning right at the White Horse and going up Church Road towards Hessett.

Expect an intense, colourful, fast-moving event with police outriders, cyclists and support vehicles.

They will enjoy your support, be there if you possibly can.
